g: Starr Redesign

Almost done with my Holiday gifts for this year. ;w; So this is a second attempt at giving hellcat-siya's Starr a new look. She said he likes girly clothes so I made him girly clothes. XD Also didn't think that dressing him in green without his signature blue looked right so more colors all around. 

Now I'm off to work on my last gift~
